The Carlsbad Jet Center Fixed Base Operations (FBO) tenant and ramp improvement project involves completion of the remaining tenant improvements for the FBO building, as well as leasehold ramp improvements. It includes, but is not limited to, miscellaneous demolition, metal framing and drywall, interior doors, cabinetry, solid surface counter tops, flooring, glass and glazing, acoustical ceiling, painting, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, data cabling, electrical, asphalt and concrete repair and replacement and other related work.

The project is located in the City of Carlsbad, CA at the McClellan-Palomar County Airport and involves completion of the remaining tenant improvements in an existing metal pre-engineered shell building. The contractor will be responsible for satisfactorily completing all remaining tenant improvement work and to achieve acceptance of the work by the Owner and Carlsbad Building Dept. and airport authorities regarding taxiways and ramp improvements, and the formal issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Additionally, there are site improvements to hardscape and pavement that the contractor is responsible for.
